Right to Information Act, 2005 (here-in-after Act) provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparancy and accountability in the working of every public authority. Hindustan Cables Ltd. (HCL), 9 Elgin Road, Kolkata – 700 020 (India) is a Public Sector Undertaking.

XIV. Details in respect of Information, available to or held by the company, reduced in an Electronic form.

Particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room if maintained for public use.
